I have known the creator of this product since 1999. He is one of the calmest, sweetest mindful people I know. No wonder his product is equally amazing! I use omegas since pregnancy for optimal development for my baby and me. I especially relied on omegas after the birth to heal postpartum depression. Omega’s are part of my daily intake. I love fish oils too, and I use both, but I must have the Vegan option too. There are times when I don’t want to mix fish oil into my tummy, for example if I am taking my supplement later in the evening or if what I had recently eaten doesn’t feel like a good combination with fish.
