- Gaia’s Garden & Urban Permaculture. Creating beauty with nature at home
- A Family Cookbook with my mom and grandma’s special Caribbean Honduran recipes carried through the generations
- Lots of family fun & travel as part of home-schooling, especially to sacred sites for activation and alignment
