My Journey

My yoga path began in 1999 at the Hatha Yoga Institute in San Francisco.
Since then, I’ve explored many styles — from Ashtanga to Yin — and even journeyed to India to honor yoga’s roots.

Through this path, I’ve walked with grief, loss, and the tender work of healing addictions, anxiety, and trauma.
These experiences have been my teachers, expanding my empathy, evolving my spirit, and reminding me that there are many blessings and reasons in the difficulties.

Healing isn’t linear. It’s raw, necessary, and important for our soul growth as we climb up the spiral ladder of wisdom and evolution for ourselves, humanity, and our living planet.

These healings are part of our karmic cleansing and experiences our soul has agreed to for its growth and our relations. There is wisdom in surrendering and loving what is.

From sacred plant retreats to energy healing and meditation, my journey continues to unfold, and like you, I am learning and implementing as I grow and go.


Each revelation brings more insight, more peace, more love for what presents itself on the path as divine timing and an opportunity to accelerate wisdom.

I’ve taught hundreds of students across ages, seasons, and stories — in studios, retreats, weddings, and wild open spaces.


Yoga isn’t something I do; it’s part of who I am.

Class Tips

Come as you are. Wear what feels good, what lets you move and breathe with ease.
All you truly need is an open heart and a curious mind.

If you ever need guidance, ask before, during, or after class. I’m here to support you.

We practice barefoot to awaken our senses, though socks or blankets are always welcome for warmth and comfort.

Listen to your body.

Some days you’ll flow with energy, others you’ll need to rest. Both are divine. I’ll offer nourishing resting poses when needed.


Move without strain, without holding your breath, without judgment.

For meditation, seated on a cushion on the ground is the classic form, however find a posture that will serve your needs like seated in a chair or lying down.
What matters most is taking care of yourself.

The most powerful practice is one that’s self-loving, honoring where you are today, not where you were yesterday.


With patience and consistency, your body and spirit will naturally begin to shift and merge as one.

Each breath, each practice, is a compounding sweet homecoming.
