🌱 A Little Seed in Bloom

Yoga at the Park • September 2026
.
What began as a tiny monthly Mommy & Me Yoga at the Park gathering in April of 2024 to meet other families and moms for community building and camaraderie in the motherhood journey has now grown into something I could never have imagined.

First Yoga at The Park class offering in April 2024, happily waiting for guests at the Hatchery’s Gazebo. And Sept. 2025 Autumn Yoga at the Park gathering.
.
On Sunday Sept. 6, 2026, 20 beautiful souls gathered in our gorgeous park for an afternoon of movement, breath, laughter, connection, and a little bit of magic. We had old friends and new friends, a beautiful range of ages, someone experiencing yoga for the very first time, the gentle breeze from the creek, and the beautiful healing sounds of our lovely Guest of Honor, Ginger Hunt, who wove her gifts and talents into our practice from her gemstone singing crystal bowls. ❤️
.

.
My heart is so full of gratitude for everyone who showed up and helped this little vision bloom. To Ginger Hunt for sharing her beautiful gifts, to Sarah Canida for bathing us with her beautiful presence and helping spread the word and share our gathering with her community, and to every person who came, practiced, laughed, connected, and made the circle what it was,
Thank You!
.

Ginger and her magical bowls. Beautiful Sarah Canida, a yoga teacher from Lead who graced us with her presence.
.
It was such a beautiful reminder that we never really know what one little seed might become.
And perhaps this gathering is planting a few more seeds for future community offerings in our beautiful Black Hills parks with more teachers, more connection, and more ways to come together. 🌱
I’m so grateful for this little garden we’re growing together.
More is blooming so stay nearby…
