🌿 A Few Words From the Garden

Since Tending the Garden Within first began making its way into the world, I’ve received some beautiful reflections that have made my heart so happy.

🤍 Kind Words from Kelly

“I love my Self Garden Love Kit! It is so thoughtful and so perfect for this fall transition. I value it so much!”

— Kelly, Physician Assistant and Founder of Spring Care Wellness

🤍 Kind Words from Jess.

An avid journaler of over 10 years, shared with love after receiving her Tending the Garden Within kit.

“I took my time opening your envelope…after listening to your 4-minute meditation from June on your podcast.

I poured over every little detail, note, picture, and message. With last night’s New Moon, this feels like complete alignment. Did you know that I’m a gardener?!?! Did you know that this was the year that I decided so many things and your guide touched on so many of them?

I thank GUS (Goddess, Universe, Source) for bringing us together!” 🙏💫💗

— Jess, Journaler, Entrepreneur, Gardener & Lover of Horses

People have also shared that it feels simple, beautiful, approachable, and nourishing. A little ritual that gently guides you into reflection without needing to know everything about astrology, numerology, or seasonal practices.

One person described it as a ritual for self-love, while another loved that you can move through it in a couple of hours and come away feeling complete and nourished for your season. 🌻

These little reflections remind me why I wanted to create it in the first place: something beautiful and meaningful, but never overwhelming. Just enough guidance to help you pause, reflect, and tend to your own garden within. 🌿

Inside every kit:

💌 Collector’s Seasonal Greeting Card — A double-sided heartfelt seasonal note and blessing written especially for this collection, featuring a new message with every edition to welcome you into the journey.

🌻 Seasonal Reflection Companion — The beautifully illustrated front side offers seasonal reflections, journaling prompts, and gentle practices inspired by nature, astrology, and numerology.

📖 Garden Journal Page — The back side offers spacious room for your own thoughts, insights, gratitude, and discoveries.

🏷 20 Soul Seed Stickers — Beautifully echoing the reflections and intentions found throughout your Seasonal Reflection Companion, inviting you to carry the season’s wisdom into everyday life.

🌿 Lovingly hand assembled here in the Black Hills with carefully selected local materials, Kraft envelopes, little blessing tags with twine, and our contact card. Each kit is then prayed over, blessed with Reiki healing intentions, and energetically charged with local crystals.

🌼 And A Little Garden Surprise with Seasonal Treasures

One of my favorite parts of creating these kits is tucking in a little surprise from the garden—something from this list, depending on the season and inspiration.

🌻 Hand-pressed flowers
Lovingly grown, harvested, and pressed from my own garden.

🌿 Black Hills botanicals
Pressed flowers gathered during my walks, thoughtfully preserved on rescued vintage book pages.

🪶 Naturally found feathers pressed on a bookmark
A gentle reminder of freedom, wonder, and the beauty of noticing.

🍵 Organic herbal tea
One of my favorite teas, individually wrapped and ready to enjoy.

🌱 Wildflower seeds
A little packet of locally inspired seeds, waiting to be planted.

📖 Handmade botanical bookmarks
Crafted from rescued vintage book pages—a little botanical companion to tuck between the pages of whatever you’re reading and carry with you.

Each collection is a little different, because gardens—and inspiration—change with the seasons. Every kit is a lovingly handcrafted, limited-edition collection.

These little gifts are my way of sharing a bit of wonder from the natural world and inviting you to slow down, notice beauty, and tend the quiet garden within—a gentle ritual of self-love, presence, and connection.

🌿 A little surprise…
🌿 A little beauty…
🌿 A little reminder that even the smallest seeds can grow into something extraordinary.

Keep blooming exactly as you are and who you are becoming… 🌻

Where we place our attention can gently shape how we feel, how we speak to ourselves, and what we carry into the world. These little kits are an invitation to make some of that attention intentional.

To begin the day with a moment of care, reflection, and possibility, and to tend to what we want to grow within. Sometimes, the smallest rituals can help us come home to ourselves and remember what matters most.
